You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 69phwin account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

69phwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. 69phwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being used by an unauthorised party or in breach of these Terms.

Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to 69phwin's support team. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed. Balances remaining after settlement will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

69phwin accepts deposits through the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱). Processing times vary by method but GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant.

All funds deposited into your 69phwin wallet must come from payment methods legally registered in your own name. You are strictly prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of another person or from a payment method that does not belong to you. Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 69phwin promotions:

69phwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to withhold bonus credits or reverse bonus-related winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has exploited or abused a promotion, including through coordinated betting, staking patterns designed to guarantee winnings, or use of multiple accounts.

All bets placed on 69phwin are binding once confirmed. A bet confirmation message will appear on screen and will also be recorded in your account's transaction history. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming.

69phwin reserves the right to void any bet that is placed or accepted in error, including bets placed on clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's wallet.

For sports betting specifically:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (PBA, NBA, FIBA, etc.).
• If a match is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off/tip-off, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the game being in progress at the time the bet is confirmed. If a game ends before an in-play bet is confirmed by our system, the bet may be voided.

• Match-fixing, including placing bets on events you know or suspect to be fixed or manipulated

• Providing false identity, age, or residence information during registration or verification
